On 3 January 2026, the Schönbrunn Palace Orchestra opened its musical year with a festive New Year’s performance in Regensburg, captivating the audience with the elegance and brilliance of the Viennese sound.

Under the baton of Chief Conductor Guido Mancusi, the orchestra presented a vibrant programme shaped by the golden tradition of the Strauss dynasty and the spirit of imperial Vienna.

The Regensburg concert served as a beautiful prelude to the orchestra’s upcoming 22nd Scandinavia Tour.
